hi, I'm Aria. I'm making this blog to motivate and inspire myself to be fit, active, and healthy for the rest of my life. I like to do weight lifting, cardio, and yoga & also eat really clean. I'm also planning to become a personal trainer at some point :). i just want to tone and build muscle and get stronger and become leaner and etc etc. I wanna use weights to chisel my body into perfection! ;)
